Centre partings have featured heavily in London Collections A/W 2014/15. Shown naturally on both short and long hairstyles in Casely Hayfords show, Lou Dalton showed a style throwing us back to the nineties and featured in the JW Anderson show with sleek almost wet-look styles.
These styles are quite well groomed but without overloading the hair with too much product. We like these centre partings the best out of the shows we have seen.
We are liking the bed head at the back of the models hair, contrasts with that sleek parting. (And a little unsure about the feminine platforms and cut of some of the clothes).
J W Anderson
Now for the styles on the J W Anderson models, we believe them to be a little too under stated. If not slightly messy. They are not groomed enough to be on the catwalk, in our opinion.
At NashWhite, we are liking these looks. As with every style, it must suit the individual. The hair texture, realistic upkeep, the clients style…. all of these must be taken into consideration. We take all of this, plus more, into account for every client that steps through our door. This ensures that everyone leaves our salon with a style that is tailored for them.
We love to hear what you think about these subjects. Get in touch via our Twitter or Facebook Page and share your opinions on these looks! Think they could catch on? Think it is a bit dated? Let us know!
